The Secret to Becoming Healthy

Sermon Notes

Today, we continue our journey through 1 Timothy, looking at 1 Timothy 4:6-10. In this passage, Paul encourages Timothy to be a good servant of Christ by staying strong in his faith and teaching what is true. He compares growing in faith to physical exercise—just like training helps our bodies, spiritual training helps us grow closer to God. Paul warns against believing things that aren't true and reminds us to focus on God's Word. David Marvin will walk us through these verses, showing how our hope in God gives us the strength to keep going. Join us as we learn how to grow in faith and stay strong in our walk with Christ.

To help you reflect and apply this truth, we've provided a weekly reading plan with discussion questions. You can find it on the CityBridge App to follow along. Worship Set List
