CityBridge Residency

Applications open now for the class of 2026.

Fall more in love with Jesus. Get equipped for a lifetime of ministry.

What is the Residency Program?

Do you have a passion for the Church and calling others to fully devotion to Christ? Do you have experience leading in ministry, and a desire to pursue vocational ministry?

The CityBridge Residency is designed to develop participants spiritually and professionally through biblical worldview training, mentorship, and hands-on ministry experiences. Our hope is that you would be equipped to live out your faith with clarity, confidence, and courage in this cultural moment.

Through this 10-month program, you will be a part of a small group of Residents that will be integrated into our staff team. The goal is not to simply increase your knowledge about God, but to encourage your heart to fall more in love with Him and set you up for a lifetime of ministry.

Focused Investment

Equipping
As a Resident, you will walk through a curriculum that combines spiritual formation and worldview development. The program includes a combination of daily devotionals, 10-12 books, online learning, and in-person meetings to discuss what you are learning in a small group setting.

Hands on experience
Residents will be placed on a ministry team and gain hands on experience. You will serve alongside our staff and experience hands-on ownership of various aspects of ministry with mentorship, oversight, and feedback from staff directors.

Community & Discipleship
Our desire is that Residents would be members of CityBridge, or willing to pursue membership while participating in the program. We believe that living life in authentic relationships leads to spiritual transformation and that loving one another, as Jesus loves us, is refining and sanctifying. We will help you join a Community Group with peers your age so you can experience life alongside a community of other believers.
