On Brand
About On brand
Welcome to On Brand! We're kicking off the series by delving into the notion of embodying the "On Brand" identity as followers of Christ, in line with the church's vision and values. The aim of the series is to explore the application of these principles and objectives in believers' everyday lives. The term "On Brand" emphasizes five core values: authenticity, Bible-based, community, discipleship, and engagement.
Central to the church's mission is the call to guide all individuals toward becoming committed disciples of Christ. The five core "On Brand" values encompass living authentically and transparently, placing faith in the authority of God's Word, fostering genuine community bonds, fostering disciple-making, and actively participating in the world as Christ's representatives. The series is designed to offer practical insights and real-world instances of how believers can embrace these values in their daily existence, fostering enduring and significant transformation in their communities. Being "On Brand" as Christ's followers entails embodying authenticity, rootedness in Scripture, active community involvement, dedicated disciple-making, and impactful worldly engagement for the sake of Christ's message.
As we wrap up our On Brand series, we delve into the value of engaging with those who are far from God. The problem is the disconnect between Jesus' perspective on the lost and our own, which results in various societal issues such as anxiety, depression, addiction, marriage concerns, identity issues, and prodigal children.
Our passion for those who are far from God needs reigniting, and as followers of Christ, we possess the answer to their struggles. Here you'll find practical steps to develop a heart for the lost, engage with them, and ultimately celebrate when they are found.
As we continue week five of our On Brand series, we see the importance of discipleship and how we can finish the faith race well and leave a meaningful legacy. Drawing from key scriptures like Matthew 28:18-20 and Mark 12:30-31, discover what it means to be a disciple, and see how disciples are made through the "caught and taught" process as we pass the baton of faith to future generations. The life you have always wanted is found when you give yours away. 🙌
Welcome to week 3 of our 'On Brand' series, where we explore the timeless characteristics that define the church. ⛪
The key message here is that success as a Christ Follower is closely tied to being part of a spiritual training team – what we call community groups.
This week is all about the Bible! We look at 2 Timothy 3:14-4:4 and delve into the transformative potential of God's word. The scripture reminds us to cling to the truth found in the Holy Scriptures, emphasizing their role in making us wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus.
Ultimately, as Jesus prayed for His disciples in John 17, He also prayed for all who would believe through their message. We are called to unity in truth, embracing the transformative power of God's Word, and sharing it with the world.
Join us in exploring the profound impact of God's Word on our lives and our role in spreading its message of hope and truth!
All of us need encouragement to step into the light and embrace authenticity, and there is support for those struggling with secrets and sins. Come and find fellowship to overcome darkness and experience God's healing and mercy!
Welcome to On Brand! Terry Kasselman, our re:generation Director, begins our deep dive into our five core values, beginning with "Authenticity." He explains the difficulty of living authentically and its benefits (healing, mercy, prevention of heart hardening). Terry will also share a personal story of how authenticity transformed his life after years of hiding his sins.
