Michael Siefert
Facilities & IT Director
Though I grew up in Plano attending church, my faith became my own during a Dawson McAllister gathering as a youth. Around that time I sensed God leading me to devote my life to ministry.
While pursuing my MIS degree at Texas Tech, I met my wife, Amie. We served in college ministry together, and eventually got married in 2000. After her graduation we promptly moved from our native Texas to Colorado so that I could attend Denver Seminary. After completing my M. Div., I served as Lead Pastor of a church in Paris, Texas.
But God then rocked our world by sending us to Utah for the next ten years to be part of a church plant in Salt Lake City. While serving as the Technical Director and a pastor there, I loved meshing technology and ministry by shepherding teams, developing leaders, and discipling men.
Amie and I have four daughters...(there’s lots of pink in my house!) and we’re thrilled to be back home in the Dallas area; serving through CityBridge, pouring into our community, and being near family (hello, date nights!).
Adventure is where I thrive – scuba diving, hiking, camping, cycling, skiing, and playing disc golf are some of my faves.
