I grew up in Dallas and attended Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, OK. After working in the Employee Benefits business for five years, I made the switch to full-time ministry with Lake Highlands Young Life. Nine years later, our family (along with seven other families) planted Watermark Community Church. I joined the staff shortly thereafter and have had roles in the Community, Kids, External Focus, and Family areas. In August 2015, my wife and I along with several other families started the Plano Campus where I serve in the Campus Pastor role.
I've been married to Tresha for 28 years and have three great daughters: twins Kelsey and Kaylee and Kendall. A perfect day would include fishing in the early morning, then spending the day with friends and family playing sports or talking about things that grow us as disciples.
