Questions to Ask Your Child

  • Why did God tell Noah to build the ark?

  • Did Noah question God? Did he obey immediately?

  • How long did it rain?

  • What will remind us of God’s promise?

Family Activity

Rainbows of Color – Lay on a blanket outside, go for a walk, or have a "color hunt" inside. Play "I spy" with the colors of the rainbow. Try to find several things for each color before moving onto the next color. Take the time to savor all of God's beautiful creation if you are outside! 

Wrap-Up

With each lesson, help your child apply what they have learned by asking, “What do you think God wants us to learn from this story?” If you get stuck with finding the answer, refer to the weekly Teaching Truths.
