Elementary coordinator

I was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, to Christian parents who walk deeply with the Lord. I trusted in the Lord at a young age and believed that He loved me, but I still saw God as distant; I failed to recognize the necessity of a personal relationship with Christ.

For the next seven years, I wrestled with insecurities, anxiety, obsessive thoughts, and finding my value in relationships. It wasn't until my sophomore year of college that I truly saw the depravity of my sin and began to cry out to the Lord. The Lord met me with an abundance of grace and mercy (Hebrews 4:16) and has continued to sustain me.

I received my bachelor's degree in psychology with the hopes of becoming a counselor; however, in 2020, I felt the Lord leading me to utilize this desire to serve others in a different way; the more I sought the Lord, the more I felt him calling me to consider vocational ministry. In 2023, I had the incredible opportunity to participate in the CityBridge Institute, a 10-month program that dives deep into God's word and equips you for a lifetime of ministry and faithfulness.

I adore kids and their joyful and inquisitive spirits. I consider it a privilege to serve alongside our elementary leaders as we partner with parents to point kids to the perfect character of God and equip them to be the church of today.
