CityBridge Health Foundation
CityBridge Health Foundation* exists for one purpose: to support the mission and operations of CityBridge Urgent Care (CBUC). This organization operates as a non-profit, urgent care health clinic in Collin County, Texas. Uniquely, CBUC provides care for anyone, including vulnerable men, women and children by addressing a range of health, social, familial, and spiritual needs.
Also uniquely, CBUC does not charge a fee for services. As such, donations are needed from those who support this important work.
