Frequently Asked Questions:

What is the theme of Unite this year?

  • The theme is Family Ties. We will see the great love of our Heavenly Father, and how he has adopted us to become sons and daughters. We will lean into the fact that we now have a new family, and learn how this new family should operate.

Is there a technology/electronics policy?

  • Yes! We would highly encourage your student NOT to bring a cell phone. It will be placed in a box within their cabin if they do. If you need to communicate with your student their leaders will have their phones(make sure you have their numbers). Staff will also be present with phones the whole weekend.

What does my registration cover?

  • Two meals, a retreat shirt, housing, activities at Lake Lavon Camp & Conference Center, and lots of other surprises along the way.

Is dinner provided on Saturday evening?

  • No! Dinner will not be provided on Saturday evening. Pick up is at 5 pm. Hopefully, you can go grab dinner as a family and download from the weekend together!

Can my student come late or leave early?

  • Students with special schedules are always welcome! Students arriving late or leaving early will need to arrange their own alternative transportation. With the nature of this event, we can’t accommodate price adjustments for every unique scenario. Students who wish to participate in any part are required to register as if you were participating the entire weekend.

We signed up, but can no longer attend. What is the refund policy?

  • Registrations are refundable if canceled before September 13th. We cannot guarantee any full refunds after that date.

What if our family can’t afford the registration price?

  • If finances are an issue, we will work with families to pay over time. We also encourage them to share the need with their Small Group, Community Group, or extended family. If you would like to sponsor a family please let us know! Contact students@citybridgechurch.org if you have any questions.
