Sexual abuse can leave long lasting scars and impacts every relationship. At CityBridge Community Church, our team walks small groups through a recovery material called MENd. The purpose of MENd is to help men heal from the devastation of sexual abuse by giving them a safe place to find hope and restoration in Christ through community with other men who have also experienced abuse in their past.

MENd Groundwork
These classes are open to anyone and these evenings are free. This allows you to meet the leaders and ask questions about the curriculum and class before committing to the program.
Cost FREE, registration encouraged but not required

MENd Closed Group Study
This 10-week study walks through scripture and supporting curriculum that helps each participant face the experiences of their past with support and care, whiling giving a helpful framework on how to process and walk forward in continued freedom and health.
Cost $10, online registration required
